Appointment – Council Youth Commissioner

Dear Scouters:

It is my sincere pleasure to announce the appointment of Carlie Tiller as the Council Youth Commissioner for Tri-Shores Council, effective November 1st 2015.

Carlie is currently taking medical office administration. Carlie has achieved her Queen’s Venturer Award, and has been awarded the Medal of the Maple. Carlie has previously volunteered as a Colony Scouter, and as the Deputy Area Commissioner-Colony. Most recently, Carlie served as the Area Youth Commissioner for Elgin area.

Carlie is passionate about support, and her enthusiasm will surely assist her in helping Tri Shores council and Scouts Canada to grow and achieve our 5 priority objectives!
